LIVE COVERAGE: SEC Network launch

Welcome to’s live coverage of the launch of the SEC Network, which goes live nationwide on Thursday, August 14 at 6 p.m.

We will be with you throughout the first three hours that the SEC Network is on the air. The channel will debut with SEC Now, a SportsCenter-like studio show that will feature news and highlights on a nightly basis.

Thursday’s special edition of SEC Now will feature former Florida Gators quarterback Tim Tebow back in Gainesville, Florida, alongside SEC Nation host Joe Tessitore. Tebow and Tessitore will broadcast from somewhere inside Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.

The Gators will also be featured on the program during a sit-down interview between Tebow and redshirt junior QB Jeff Driskel as well as an all-access package with cameras following head coach Will Muschamp during practice.
