Great work finding all these tweets Adam! I was wondering why Stacy hadn’t said anything, great to see she was there enjoying it. What a great win for the Gators. We lose Hannah now, but that is the only senior on the team, I believe, what a way to rebuild after the disaster 2 years ago with all those selfish ladies. I hope they feel the sting and are growing up now, knowing the world didn’t revolve around them. For those ranking greatest UF coaches how can in all sports Tim Walton not be in top 3 at this point? He has done a remarkable job, and what he did this year is absolutely phenomenal. I also believe it is only the beginning, as successful as he has been, Gators will be a force to be concerned about for years to come, young team, and this will only help recruit even more! Bama is losing half the team now and we are losing one or two. I can see another championship in the next couple of years, now that Lauren and Gourley will get more pitching opportunities, especially Gourley. So proud of the ladies this post-season and how they stepped up and got it done. The future is incredibly bright for Gator softball right now and we have the perfect coach. What he did early this year to force the ladies to become friends off the field was a stroke of genious. True team and true friends now, and now the championship on top of it. Great things ahead for these ladies, as great as tonight was!

I love that our football players – past and present – watch the game!

You know, I am essentially a Social Networking Luddite. But reading all the past and present Gators – especially ones I’d have never expected to see – watching and cheering the ladies just justified the very existence of Twitter for me.
