Just a day after landing one of the top tight ends in the nation, the Florida Gators have doubled up at the position with their third overall commitment during Friday Night Lights week.

Three-star Dante Lang (Boca Raton, FL) committed to Florida on Friday while in Gainesville, choosing UF over offers from Arkansas and LSU, among others.

“Proud to announce that I am officially committed to the Univeristy of Florida #GoGators #chomp18,” Lang wrote on Twitter.

Though Lang is not highly rated (No. 817 overall in the 247Sports Composite), he has solid size (6-foot-5, 220 pounds) and athleticism. He is also open to playing either side of the ball, though the Gators offered him as a tight end.

Lang is the 10th member of the Class of 2018 for Florida and the sixth pledge with a three-star rating.
