The Friday Night Lights haul continued for the Florida Gators late Saturday when 2019 defensive end Cameron Williams (Hollywood, FL) committed to the program.

Williams (6-foot-5, 215 pounds) is Florida’s seventh commitment of the week and second new member of the Gators’ Class of 2019. The unrated prospect has a short offer sheet at this time and has not been evaluated by most recruiting services. Defensive coordinator Randy Shannon and running backs coach JaJuan Seider led his recruitment.

He’s the 11th member of Florida’s top-ranked 2019 class, which now includes two defensive linemen. The Gators also added five new commitments to their 2018 class, which moved up to 17th nationally on Saturday.

“Blessed to receive an offer from [the] University of Florida & blessed to say I am committed to [the] University of Florida #Gata19,” Williams wrote on Twitter.
