The No. 8 Florida Gators will make their 39th appearance on ESPN’s “College GameDay” during Week Zero when they meet the Miami Hurricanes to open the 2019 season at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida.

Florida is 24-14 all-time in games that hosted “College GameDay,” falling to Georgia last year in the World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party. That game marked the first time that “College GameDay” and the SEC Network’s “SEC Nation” emanated from the same site, an effort the network will replicate for the Florida-Miami game.

While “College GameDay” (9 a.m. to noon ET) will be hosted inside Walt Disney World in Magic Kingdom, the set for “SEC Nation” (5-7 p.m.) will be located inside the stadium.

None of this comes as much of a surprise, of course, considering ESPN was behind moving the Gators-Canes game up a week to Saturday, Aug. 24 in order to kick off the 150th season of college football.

Florida’s 39 appearances on “College GameDay” are the third most among their peers with only Alabama (46) and Ohio State (44) being featured on the show more. However, the Gators’ .632 winning mark is only the seventh-best nationally.

Because the Florida-Miami game is standing on its own in Week Zero, ESPN is going all out with a variety of viewing experiences for the game. Check them out below.
